How is rental-income-based financing evaluated?
The debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) compares the property's rental income with the loan payment. The lender also reviews the borrower and property against its requirements and makes the final credit decision.
Which financing fits my property?
Start with the property and your plan: rental ownership, residential renovation for resale, short-term financing, new construction, or a commercial project. Commercial real estate mezzanine financing is a separate financing structure alongside a senior loan. If you are unsure, start with credit advisory.
